At no cost, a BWL expert will provide an in-home energy visit, which includes the installation of high-efficiency products and information on how to reduce your utility costs. BWL’s Home Energy Visit program provides the following FREE products and services:

• Water-saving measures for addresses with an electric water heater

Income-Qualified Offerings

In addition to the standard measures, the Home Energy Visit program may be able to help you save more by replacing your older, inefficient refrigerator, room air conditioner, dehumidifier, or air purifier. Proof of income eligibility is required to qualify for additional measures.
