Chief of Staff
Williams joined the Lansing Board of Water & Light in 2013 and serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the General Manager. Her responsibilities include the administrative operations for the executive office and leading BWL's diversity, equity & inclusion strategy.
Smiljana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. Her service extends into the community, where she serves on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region Board of Directors and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission of Mid-Michigan.
