Receive Your Incentives
If your project didn't require pre-approval, once your project is complete, it’s time to request your incentives! Be sure to ask your contractor to generate detailed itemized invoices with full model numbers. Within 30 days of project completion, you’ll need to submit:
- Completed application with customer certification
- Completed application worksheet(s)
- Detailed itemized invoice(s) for equipment and any applicable external labor costs
- Product specification sheets for installed equipment
Once completed paperwork is submitted, your application will be reviewed and processed. Incentive payments are made by check and are usually mailed within 6 to 8 weeks.
