No further action is needed by you. On November 1, your Standard Residential Electric Service Rate - RES1 will automatically be updated to calculate using time of use. If you would like to take more of an active role in your energy consumption and money savings, you have the option to opt into the Off-Peak Savers Rate - RESTOU and can do so by contacting our Customer Service Department at 517-702-6006 or email customerservice@lbwl.com.
