Are holidays included in time of use?
There are six NERC/MISO Off-Peak Holidays applicable to time of use, those include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If any of these holidays fall on a Sunday, the following Monday will be considered Off-Peak. Otherwise, the remaining holidays that fall on weekdays are treated as normal with "on-peak" hours that fall 1-8pm and "off-peak" hours that fall 8-1pm.
